Lex is an outstanding contractor. 1. He is easy to work with. 2. He responds promptly to all texts and emails. 3. He is honest and I trust him completely, which is comforting because I was at work during the reno. 4. He has a good eye and provides good advice on color, style, etc. 5. He is a clever problem solver. 6. He is an immaculately worker. He left my house in good order throughout the reno. I could go on and on, but you get the drift. I would hire him all over again without a second thought. You should, too.

I had the pleasure of working with Lex Kisteneff recently. He is a skilled and conscientious contractor who managed the restoration of a significant area of my home following a major flooding incident. His advice and stellar work ethic bolstered my confidence in him. He and Josh, a member of his staff, are trustworthy and reliable professionals. As mentioned by others, his tile work is meticulous! Lex and Chrome Rhino are fabulous to work with. We have used them for a variety of services over the years, and I especially appreciate Lex's substantial wisdom about the fraught, complicated, and -- more often than not -- unclear world of home maintenance and repair. Because of his years of sage advice and getting the job done right, he is my go-to whenever I have home maintenance, remodeling, or improvement needs.

Lex, Josh, and the Chrome Rhino team are outstanding. As others have noted, Lex does meticulous work, including exceptional tile work. On our most recent project, the team massively upgraded our plumbing, plumbing fixtures, drywall, paint, and tile. Lex's abilities also include fantastically well-planned and beautifully executed large-format tile work. The bathrooms he and his team upgraded for us are very satisfying to use, and look absolutely great. We really enjoy working with Lex; he is very personable, a good listener, has good suggestions, can intuit when a different solution is preferable, and is flexible with schedules. We're actually about to begin another project with him. Most highly recommended.

The work was done with precision, care and quality workmanship. Lex took our vision and created the perfect space. The work was fast and correct while at the same time he was very tidy and respectful of our presence . We remain more than pleased and recommend Chrome Rhino . Five stars all the way.
