We had a really disappointing experience at this fast food restaurant today. The service was incredibly slow and the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually working in our orders. After waiting for 30 minutes, our order still wasn't complete. If you're in a hurry and looking for a quick bite to eat while traveling, I would definitely suggest looking for other options.

Ive gone in and driven through, Im surprised this is still open. Not sure who is managing it, but the staff when you come through CONSISTENTLY over a month gave me either, were not taking orders at the moment or the system is down but yet Ill drive though and see them on their phones or chatting it up. Management: your people are being paid to stand around just fyi, they are not being uglyand honestly, when they do work, no issue with food or service, but in January 2024 alone I drive through 6 times to check and all 6 over 3 weeks, no order taking or system down

I was in there waiting for my food and the worker (fire red hair and dye-stained neck) was eating bacon from the cooking area. I asked her what she was doing and she said that she's eating bacon but that it's okay because she used tongs to get it out of the basket. So gross. I asked for a refund and got an attitude from the workers. They gave me the refund, but in cash when I paid with my card. It's just disgusting what the employees will eat food in front of the customer and act all demure when called out. Try the BK on the other side of the interstate, they're slower but the food is always hot.
