    I contacted Rick @ Fox & Hound IT on Wednesday, 02/13, and made an appointment for "Thursday @ 11:30" to run a new Ethernet drop and install five access points. On Thursday, I moved furniture, pulled down the attic steps, unscrewed wall plates, got all the new access points out and ready, in preparation. But Rick was a no show. No call, no text. I left two phone messages and sent a text, and got no response. I sent a message via home adviser on Thursday evening, and he responded, stating that he would call me the next day (Friday, 02/15) in the morning. When we spoke, I asked him why he was a no show. He said he meant that the appointment was for "a week from Thursday, 02/21", apologized for the confusion, and offered a discount. He asked for my email address, and sent me a meeting notice so there would be no more confusion. Thursday, 02/21 @ 11:30. On 02/21, for the second time, I moved furniture, pulled down the attic steps, unscrewed wall plates, got all the new access points out and ready, and reconfigured my network switches in preparation. And on 02/21, for the second time, Rick was again a no show. No call, no text. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I sent Rick an email at 12:35 PM stating that I would post a factual review on Home Adviser @ 4:00 PM unless he provide a very good explanation prior to that time for missing the appointment. I even forwarded him the text of the review an hour in advance, and asked that he let me know if he took issue with any of the facts as I stated them. I also told him that I would NOT have him do the work regardless of his response, or lack thereof. If this was the way he ran his business and treated customers, I wanted no part of it. For the record, I got no response (UNTIL this review was posted).
