Love our Chicken Salad Chick mostly because of the customer service we receive if there is ever an issue and because of the GM, Krystal!!! Krystal is awesome and a true asset to Chicken Salad Chick!

I really like the food here, its normally very quick, I worked in food for quite a while and when theres nothing to cook in the order and theres 3 people in the kitchen, 2 cleaning the lobby , 5 customers in the dinning area, why does it take 20 mins to get my food? You toast bread and scoop the rest like its pretty easy.. I watched people walk In and under 5 minutes be eating while Im just sitting waiting. Someone came out finally and asked what I was waiting on my food. Nothing done to make up for that 20 minute wait just heres that food for you. This many people in the kitchen talking it up so loud I feel like im a part of the conversation bc theres no one else in here. I really like csc but this one let me down. Last time Ill be here for a while. Update: the food I was brought was wrong and burnt. It has 1 thing you could burn and you did. Its toast a 5 year old can make toast

5 stars, because the food is *chefs kiss I picked up my to-go order during a lunch rush and when I got home I realized it was not what I had ordered. I called once I realized the mistake and Crystal (manager) was so polite and even asked ME how I wanted it to be handled. I completely understand how hectic it gets and sometimes things get mixed up. No biggie, I was able to go back and get my correct order with Crystals help. She even gave me a cookie. So with that being said. 5 STARS.

We didn't feel like leaving the house so we decided to order through Door Dash. Well over an hour later, food was ready yet still no Dasher assigned. By then the sandwiches are soggy and not fit to eat. I cancelled the order and called the restaurant. Jaida, Blaine and Allison went above and beyond making sure we had fresh sandwiches and even an extra something sweet for the inconvenience. This is the best Chicken salad chick I've ever been to! We will definitely be back!
