        Quiet and mostly clean other than the dumpster area, rent is rising faster than inflation though (6% rent increase in 2024 vs 3% inflation, or the average COLA increase of 3.2%) and so are the fees this year (38% increase). Still cheaper than other apartments mostly for now but their rates are increasing faster and faster every year.

        Karen is super attentive and had been taking care of me and my boyfriend very well since the very first tour. It is our first time moving out and we still dont know a lot of stuff but she is very patient and made sure to walk us through each process slowly. Were moving in next month and are very excited. I saw a couple of police cars in the neighborhood as well. I dont smell weed like other apartment complex either. VERY GOOD SIGNS SO FAR. Looking forward to actually seeing the unit were moving into.
