I don't know how to use the ordering machine, but I asked the manager and the cook to order . mine you they wouldn't even come to talk to me for an order.they keep working as if I wasn't there now 15minutes passed an I'm still waiting for someone to take my order. Me Now the little man is at drive thru.by this time I'm looking crazy so I called out to him want to order he says to me no, I said excuse me now no one else in there but me.i asked tiny Tim to place an order he says no an walked off like I was invisible.so I left before I go MADEA all up in here, I don't know what WHOOPI was in the back doing.everybody, y'all batesburger.thaaaaasssee niiiccccee lololol don't mess with MS HATTIE Chelain?

That girl with the green locs is my fav worker. She is so nice and she works very hard. As for everyone else, they always short staffed, non welcoming, poor attitudes and they move incredibly slow. I once had to reorder my food at the window.

I've given them lots of chances at this point, and over the course of a couple of years. They continually forget items in my order, even though it's always a mobile order. I could see being out of things, and replacing, but to just not include what I've paid for is getting ridiculous. At least what I do get, tastes good, hence the 3 stars.

We went there tonight for dinner being im 8 months pregnant and really wanted taco bell . They didnt give me half of my food . Waited for 10-15 minutes at the window to not get all of our food or any of the sauce we asked for . Also got part of our order wrong added extra things that we didnt want but wasnt too big of a deal .

Always serves delicious tacos and chalupas. 4/5 stars because there always seems to be a short line. Otherwise, the experience of eating there is always top notch!
