The employees are not qualified to assist the customers. I own two cars, taxes were paid on them, and I sold one of them, but I did not return the license plate of the sold car because it had letters of my name on it. But I returned the license plate of the other car, and transferred the license plate of the sold car to the other car. None of them helped me return the taxes paid on the car sold. Therefore, my current car has already the taxes paid and another tax has been paid for the transferred sold car plate, even though it is one car. Does this make sense in a government organization?
