Little Caesars Pizza

Love the Italian bead, crazy bread and pretzel pizza crust with cheese sauce!!!!! Yummmm!!!!

So I chose to stop by, and pickup a pizza. Because as the commercial states their Hot N Ready pizza is supposed to be just that READY! I walked in, and was never spoken to. I stood there while the guy handed out everyones food that was already in there. He looks at me, and says Ill be with you in just a minute. Then the phone rang, and of course he answered to take their order. So as soon as he hung up after (20-25 minutes) I said I would like a Hot N Ready pepperoni pizza please. Would you believe he had the nerve to tell me it would be 25 more minutes that they just received an order for 15 pizzas, and I had to wait. I was furious!! He definitely needs to take a customer service class, or something.

Shift leader Jenni and her associate didnt handle their mistake correctly. I ordered a pizza it was made wrong they told me to keep the pizza they messed up and they would remake . I waited outside for 15 minutes just to be told to bring the original pizza back in and that they never put my order back in the oven . Atleast they were nice enough to process my refund .
