We had shingles missing from hail and storms last fall. Had roofers come out said we had lots of damage. Called the office and they sent an adjuster out he said not enough damage. So They closed the case with out letting us know. Last week we had major roof leaks. Called this agency not one phone call from them. Now I have ceiling damage in rooms. And still no adjuster. Sorry sorry . Not a good company to deal with. Last year my husband was in a wreck (not his fault)and 1 year later we got the case settled, only because my husband got off work and went and sat in their office for hours. It is a bad company!
