Absolutely the best experience you can have waterproofing your basement. They were ontime, extremely professional, did a fantastic job plus extras and even cleaned up!!!! I spoke with several other basement waterproofing companies and I felt they were pushy. One company said you have to take care of water from the outside and only offered solutions on outside of basement. The other company wanted to just do the inside/ basement. Then I spoke to Jeff at Carolyn Basement technologies and he was very patient and went over everything they could do, including both within the basement and draining system on the outside, and at a much more reasonable rate. The crew was on time and from the estimate to completion, everyone was very professional. The work site was kept neat and my property was completely cleaned of any debris when they left. Highly recommend.

This company was recommended to me by a neighbor. I had been getting water in my garage that was seeping in through the concrete blocks. Jeff came out for a consultation, explained their solution, provided a quote and I hired them to do the job. The crew arrived on time to complete the installation of their waterproofing system was efficient, neat & the entire process took four days. We've had a lot of heavy rain since then and not a drop of water has seeped into my garage.
