KFC

ordered two orders of the 8 piece wings. I asked them to make them fresh. I've had them before and they are great. Not fresh and whimpy. They told me I could wait for fresh. I opted for my money back since I was already told they were fresh. Manager could care less. For a new KFC it's a shame.

Spent $32 like a fool on 8 pc Family Meal. Chicken was under cooked and not edible. Sides were fine. Got it for take out and didn't know till I got home. The person at register was not very friendly. Realize new location but management needs to read reviews and make corrections.

The staff that takes your order isn't very friendly nor knowledgeable. The few times that I have visited the staff has gotten worse, not better. My last time i was there the blond haired girl taking my order who looked barley over 13 yrs I had to ask her to repeat what she was saying to me 4 times before I could understand what she was saying because she not only mumbled and ran her words together but she spoke very low. Management needs to step up and train the workers properly and make sure that they perform their duties properly. The staff/workers need to stop hanging in groups talking to each other and checking their phones, and start focusing on customer service instead.
