My family and I enjoyed living here at Azalea Apartments managed by Townsend Realty Group. This town home style apartment provided two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, as well as good sized living room and kitchen/dinning space downstairs. The kitchen also featured a half bath that was very convenient with multiple family members. The smaller bedroom featured two closets, and the larger bedroom was a great large master bedroom with a single closet.
Appliances provided are a standard fridge, stove and range. There is no dishwasher which is a draw-back, but the rent is very reasonable so this is a fair trade-off. There is also washer-dryer hook-up in the kitchen/dining room, as well as a back door with steps in the same room.
The landlord was very easy to contact and work with, and treated us well during our move-out process.
There is also a gentleman in charge of repairs, etc. for the apartments that helped us on several occasions without any additional charges.
It is not fancy, nor does it have new updates that you see at expensive apartment complexes. However, these apartments provide all the essentials for you and your smaller family at an excellent price. We were thankful for this apartment that provided for us until we were able to get our first home.
