Place my order 2 weeks and no delivery. Now I am out of gas. Estimated at most 5 days ago for delivery. Not the 1st time either.

We recently ran out of propane shortly after putting in a tankless gas water heater. We thought the water heater was the culprit, but when the tank was refilled, the technician realized there was a leak. He spent a lot of time trying to find the leak, but had other deliveries to do. Brother's sent a plumber out to check the water heater and it was fine. Tommy, another Amerigas technician came out fairly late in the day and with persistent checking discovered the leak was in a 40 year old iron pipe that had rusted at and below ground level. With a lot of persistence and physical effort, he removed the bad pipe and replaced it with new copper tubing and made sure there were no leaks before he departed very near dark. Both of the Amerigas men were professional and courteous and represent Amerigas very well. We've had good service from this company for 40 years, dating back before it became Amerigas.

Im enjoying the new monitors on the tank. I no longer have to walk down and check my levels or fear running out of propane.

I've been trying to get propane delivered since December 11. They have called 3 times to say the delivery will be made the next day but they don't show up. They also don't contact you to let you know they're not coming and the customer service people are all offshore (different country) so all they can tell you is what the screen says when you log in to your account. They can't answer questions or help in any way its just a waste of time. They will respond to this review to advise me to email them (which i did several days ago and still no response) and say that someone will reach out to me but I've been waiting since December 11 and I'm still waiting. Update: Please see below for an example of this. Still waiting for a response to the email I sent a week ago.
