DeShawn was amazing! He had great knowledge on which type of paint to use for the interior of my house. Explained he could color match competitor paint, but we found colors we liked in store. Told us about the supplies being on sale and we will be indeed going back for those!
DeShawn was engaging and energetic and very welcoming. Provided info about the area and where to get some good BBQ since we just relocated to this area!

Went into the store and within 30 seconds, an associate came over to me and noticing I was trying to match a color to a siding piece, said that he could scan it and match a color. When he finished I could not see the color patch he put on the siding. He had to point it out. Very satisfied.

I just left the Lancaster, SC Sherwin-williams location and I am greatly disappointed in the crew you have on staff here. Nobody came out front to help me as they probably couldn't hear me over the vulgar and profane music blaring from the back. Whoever drives that silver convertible doesn't need to be working with the public if they'd rather listen to that trash instead of helping customers. I will not be back to this location.
