        Good folks....purchased an exact replacement for a 27 year old timer we had on our baghouse.

        We have several Mikropul bag houses and when I called to get replacement timers, they told me they were obsolete and I had to switch to digital. A quick Google led me to EDI. They had the timers instock and had me back up and running the next day. Was told them have made the timers for Mikropul until Mikropul switched to a more expensive digital type. Highly recommend!

        I ordered a part from this company on Jan. 25th, 2018 & got a 3 week dely. from them. It is not April 18th & I can't even get anyone to call me back. Apparently Ivan is the one that runs the show here, but Matthew who answers the phone (and knows nothing about the company he works for, doesn't even know what they do) has given Ivan about 8 messages that I have left, but Ivan can't call me back. I will never order anything from this company again.
