First Citizens Bank

I think is a good bank every time I go I dont have to wait long compare to other banks and I think now every where you go is crazy !!!

If you like mistakes this is the bank to go to. Then when you call back about the mistake made, the representative at the Lancaster branch laughs over the phone at the situation. What was funny? Literally, what was funny about the mistake you all made? The building is absolutely filthy. No chairs to sit. Higher up staff lingering and lounging in corner offices talking about how stupid ppl are for using debts all over the internet. The woman was loud while discussing these issues. The representative are rude and quip, another classic behavior of Lancaster citizens. This bank appears to be declining. Turnover of ppl. Lousy staff!!! Wells Fargo is growing time to move on from Citizens Last Bank.

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They hold your money from you. The customer service line is never helpful. Everyone is rude and bitter. Ill be withdrawing all my money from my account asap and closing the account. I have never been so disgusted. I do not play games when it comes to my money and thats the experience I have had since the literal day I opened the account. If you are smart you will not bank here
