Woodcreek Apartments

I will never move here simply because of the apartment manager. She was rude and unprofessional over the phone, also unwilling to answer any questions. She put me on hold and then hung up on me. I’ve also heard from several other tenants that she screams at children that live there. Also she cusses elderly tenants and is an absolute nightmare landlord. She needs to be replaced, she has no clue how to conduct herself in a professional manner.

If I could give no stars I would. The apartment manager is so unprofessional, the will yell and cuss at tenets. She comes by on her days off (Sundays) brings her daughter who tried to fight an elderly tenet. She literally had to pull her daughter by the back of her pants to get her back into the car. The apartment manager will ride through on her days off and yell at children that live her. She will not address the child’s parents, instead she will yell at and bully your child. She acts like she has no education or as if she was raised by animals. If you were thinking about moving her, I’d suggest waiting until the apartment manager is replaced.
