        Bought a Trek XCAL. This is my first bike with tubeless tires and a thru axle hub. The sales and mechanic staff were knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. I'm not a fan of super-wide handlebars, so the staff shortened them to my liking on the spot. Completely satisfied with my new bike and with Outspokin' Bicycles.

        I needed a bike to exercise my knee after a replacement and to use for recreation. I wanted a dual purpose (hybrid) that I could take on the street or on trails. I also needed a stand so I could pedal in place. Mike set me up with a trek 2, got larger pedals, fenders and a rear-wheel rack. Very pleased.

        A big Shout-out to Matt, who is in service (Irmo location). I am from Naples, FL. On Saturday, I was in Saluda checking out the course for the GravelRemote 64 race on Sunday. One of my tires needed sealant. Mid-afternoon, I called the service department, and Matt said to bring my bike in. Matt topped up the sealant, put new valve stems in both wheels, and got my bike race-ready. I did well at the race! Thank-you, Matt.

        Brought my bike in for maintenance and had a great experience. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Turn around time from drop off to pick up was very reasonable. Bike is riding very smoothly now!
