Jim Hudson Toyota Service

First off, let me say the staff is very friendly and welcoming. As you should be when you deal with loyal customers. As for the service, I'm at a loss for words. Had a 7 am appointment on a Friday morning and was in line waiting for the service bay doors to open at 0655 hours. Yes, there were about 4 cars in front of me, and I get that. Made contact with the service representative to get the ball rolling, and this was a very pleasant and quick process. She told me, "It should be about an hour." It has now been 2 hours and 5 minutes, and my truck is just now getting on the lift for the oil change. If there is going to be an extended wait, tell me, if I am not your priority because my services are covered, tell me. Since these services will no longer be covered, I'll take my service somewhere else.

I like Jim Hudson Toyotas service so much, I decided to trade in my 2007 Camry and get a 2021 RAV4 Prime with them, with a service agreement. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Koty Z. has been my point person in the service department several times and always makes me feel well taken care of. I highly recommend Jim Hudson Toyota for both service and sales!

Great place to have service done. While they are more expensive then your average shop, dealers always are, they provide excellent service, are respectful and try to get things done as fast and efficiently as possible in regards to their customers time. They also don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. They even wash your car after being serviced.
