        o had a good impression with their professional manner at first but this shop provided extremely poor service for my 1997 Mercedes S500. Following a repair on the stop light, as I attempted to leave the property, the issue resurfaced. When I returned to address the problem (while i was still on his property getting ready to leave) the owner or his partner interrogated me aggressively, insinuating that I had tampered with the vehicle. This accusatory behavior and attempt to avoid responsibility by dismissing me left a lasting negative impression. I will certainly not be returning to this establishment based on this unacceptable encounter.

        The person who answered the phone seemed a little impatient but cordial. I gave the information for an estimate on my maintenance a week ago and I still haven't heard back. I guess I'll go back to the dealership.

        Quality work and they won't try to get you to let them do work you don't really need. Super knowledgeable, great guys. The only place we take our Mercedes for service.

      Rami,As you can imagine I was completely shocked to read this review since the last time you were here was July of 2019. (almost 5 years ago) We take pride in our reputation and rating. I reviewed your file and the 1997 S-class was new to you and in pretty rough shape with multiple leaks (from the power steering pump and front crank seal to the steering gear) and multiple brake issues (from warped discs, stop light switch to burnt sockets and bulbs). Your 22 year old car at the time had multiple issues with brake stop switch, bulbs and a socket. Our records show that you only approved replacement of the stop light switch and later the bulb and socket. Keep in mind the stop light switch is under the brake pedal and the bulb and socket are in the rear of the vehicle. Our records show that your brake lights were on constantly due to the faulty switch and this caused the socket and bulb to burn. Upon your approval these issues were resolved. All in all we are just happy that we could repair your brake light issue so that your brake lights were operating in a safe manor for you and others around you as not to cause an accident.
