My wife and I have used Lisa Dempsey in three real estate transactions so far and will definitely use her in any future home purchases. We purchased our first home in 2012 and just recently sold and bought using her this year (4/20) She has exhibited the highest level of customer service we have ever seen. With the home buying process we just finished, in the midst of a global pandemic it seemed like we hit every bump in the road. Yet lisa kept her cool and was continually patient with us and everyone else involved. For the first time home buyer she made us feel like part of her family by helping us navigate the complex process of home buying. It was as if she was helping her own kids find and buy a house. She was sincerely concerned for our well being and never made us feel taken advantage of or rushed. For our second real estate sell/purchase she was there anytime day or night. She was able to manage and prepare us for same day closings and worked continuously in the background getting all the documents together and double checking for accuracy.
Common real estate agents may seem like car salesmen at time, all looking to gain commission over a large financial process, trying to lure you into a false since security and then it's over, but not lisa. She genuinely thought of us as her family. At times she would watch/monitor our kids while on house viewings so we could really focus on the details of the home we were looking at. On one occasion she was given only 30 minutes to prepare for showing us a home we were interested in and pulled it off with a smile on her face. At time she even discouraged us from more expensive homes for various reasons that we would have never thought of but were true none the less.
Home buying especially in the current market is more stressful and complicated than almost anything else you would undergo in a purchase. People dont think of the personal and emotional strain it can bring on a family. Lisa has the experience, personality and patience to make the whole process as easy as it can reasonably be.
I've been a police officer for 10 years and have lots of experience reading people's character and intentions. Lisa is not out to take your money as fast as possible like most. She wants to find you a home that fits your family and one that will make you happy in the long run. We will always reccomend her to anyone whose in the market.

We were so fortunate to have Lisa for our realtor. Lisa is the realtor for every buyer and especially if you are a first time buyer. She is very knowledgeable and has so much experience to help with the whole process of finding the perfect home and making sure that the whole buying process goes smoothly. She is very caring and attentive to every question and detail. Lisa gave us all the information that we needed during the buying process and we felt very comfortable working with her. We are very happy with our new home. Thank you to Lisa who was very meticulous with the builders to make sure that everything was done correctly and to our approval.

There are really no words to describe how amazing Lisa has been!! My wife and I were brand new on this home buying journey, Lisa could not have made this experience any easier for us. It was very important for us to have someone with great expertise, and someone we would have no issues communicating with since we were buying a home from out of state. Lisa made herself available anytime of the day and always responded almost instantly. When showing the homes Lisa did not make us feel pressured or only spoke the good of the home, she took her time and she explained both pros and cons. She used her “mom” instinct to help us choose the right home for our family, that was also important considering our 4 year old son. Overall we are very happy and would choose Lisa all over again!! Highly recommend EVERYONE to choose Lisa for the best home buying experience!
