        Scheduled an appointment. Missed a text asking me to "type c" to confirm. Received an automatic text the day before my appointment telling me my appointment is confirmed. I show up and receptionist tells me it was rescheduled due to me not responding to the initial text. I showed her the response showing that her system confirmed the appointment for me instead of telling me it was cancelled, and she saw no problem with the system and continued to tell me it was my fault. No call, missed call or voicemail was left to tell me my appointment was cancelled or to confirm, yet I receive a text confirming my appointment and it's still my fault. Needless to say, won't be coming back.
