I needed some work done on a fence and contacted Mark Bandini at Bandini Properties. Mark listened to all of my concerns and came up with a plan to address the issues. I am impressed with the quality of the workmanship of the Bandini team. The team was courteous, conscientious, and very thorough. The job exceeded my expectations! I contacted Mark about giving me a bid to build a deck by our pool. He was quick to respond and his quote was very reasonable. When he completed some jobs he was working on, he started our project. I supplied him with a rough drawing of the deck and he took care of all the details. He and Ben would measure for post locations, then check their measurements again to make sure everything was aligned correctly. They were both very knowledgeable about constructing decks. When they finished, the craftsmanship on the deck was second to none. One comment I got was "you sure got the right person to build your deck". Mark even built a storage shelf under the deck, That unexpected lagniappe has been very practical. I am very pleased with the work Mark did and would recommend him to everyone.

Mark is hands down the best contractor I've worked with to date. He was always friendly, quick to return my calls and texts, and was super flexible as we decided on a design (and altered it multiple times). His pricing was very affordable and he was available months earlier than the other companies I spoke with. In addition to building our deck he demoed a set of old concrete steps, moved our water line, moved our dryer vent and rerouted a gutter, all in about a week. He also found the spindle posts & railings pictured here to match our front porch railings and style of our 1920s bungalow. I couldn't be happier with our deck and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in his work.

Contacted Bandini Properties earlier this month and they came out for an estimate. They were the lowest by far so I went with them, could not be happier. Mr. Bandini was great to work with.
