        We have been staying in Sea Pines for many decades now and have rented through several companies. This was one of the best experiences we have had with a rental company. The house was clean and well stocked with toiletries etc. The car passes were thoughtfully mailed ahead of time and we didn't even have to pick up a key. They even sent an email to us letting us know that the house was available a little earlier in the day than expected. Super happy with Coastal Home and Villa and looking forward to renting through them for years to come

        Worst home rents company. Do not stay at 11 sandpiper lane. It's from the 1900s needs a ton of updates. Not worth the price. No WiFi no water pressure old beds everything is on lock down. From a horror a movie. And let me repeat worst rental company. Booked for honeymoon and no caring in the staff at all. I'll be glad to recommend other companies on the island that actually give a sh!t.

        Wonderful family vacation in very spacious home. Convenient to beach for walking and bike riding. Great pickleball in Palmetto Dunes. Swimming in the heated pool on January 1st. Coastal Homes anticipated our every need. Perfect.
