        Absolutely terrible. The condos are disgusting. The floors were filthy and trashy. The security guard decided to yell at our children who were sitting with us at the pool and approached our 13 year old AT THE POOL AND ASKED HER VERY INAPPROPRIATE QUESTIONS AND RAN AWAY WHEN HER FATHER CAME TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON. If you are in college and want a cheap place to stay, this is it. Otherwise AVOID.

        Regarding your floor cleanliness issue, we suggest you contact the rental company you booked through, as the Island Club of Hilton Head does not manage any rentals or cleanings for any units onsite. Unit Issues are handled by different Rental/Management Companies .As for the issue with the security guard at the hot tub, he reported the incident as soon as he left the area. We have cameras at the pool for issues exactly like this. When he entered the hot tub area, he went directly to the group of adults near the hot tub to inform them of the rule that no one under 10 years old is allowed in the hot tub. Please contact our office, if you would like to speak to the management of the Island Club property regarding the issue.
