In desperate need of a real estate lawyer to help with a simple, if thorny, problem I called M’s. Gardocki because of her location and glowing reviews. She listened patiently, was wonderfully sympathetic and encouraging and directed me to another lawyer with specific expertise who has been the lifesaver she said he’d be. We are so grateful she shared her competitor’s info! If I’d needed her as a lawyer I could feel in my bones she would have been terrific to work with...

Sally recently served as my real estate attorney for the sale of my home on Hilton Head. Sally was professional, knowledgeable and very responsive from the beginning of the process to the end. Despite it being a more complicated transaction involving a luxury waterfront property held in a trust, Sally consistently exhibited her experience and attention to detail by ensuring everything ran smoothly right through to closing.
