They are very efficientordering all inspections, assessments, setting up an attorney etc. Their associatesl youll be working with are all courteous and efficient. JoAnn and Tony Rizza helped us through a transaction that was complicated and extremely difficult. We began building a spec house in Hilton Plantation before the pandemic. My wife and I both came down with Covid and couldn't travel. The lot required a great deal of work.We lost our initial buyer who had asked for a lot of customization and subsequently had to back out because his business shuttered Our second buyer also required much in the way of customization. Not being able to personally supervise the build out and the delays in materials and shortage of workers caused a great deal of stress to say the least. JoAnn and Tony took ownership of the process and brought it to a successful conclusion. Without them we would have been nowhere. We have concluded the transaction and built a magnificent house under their direction. I never met Tony and Joann personally and have only seen videos of the house. It's a testament to their effort, acumen and honesty. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services and would especially endorse them in a construction situation. Thanks so much Joann and Tony.
