        We are staying in 255 Captain Quarters. The rental itself is perfect. Beautiful view and nice furniture.

        We stayed in one of their condos near shelter cove harbor. The condo was lovely and looked right out at the entrance to the harbor. I like that we could watch boats come in and out. The people at Trident were very accommodating.

      Unfortunately, we were not aware that work was scheduled by the regime and Board for your building during your week. Information provided to us in late December was that the work was completed in the Port building in December, with some remaining work occurring during January in the Starboard building. If you had called us, we could have moved you to another property! We have no control over exterior work but would never intentionally rent a property where the guest would be disturbed. Never. Anyone who has ever worked with us, both owners and guests, know how careful we are about noise and disruption. Our apologies for the issues encountered during your stay, but it is not a reflection on how we do business.Cecile Eck
