This school ruined my life. Moved there in 3rd grade and didn't last until 5th because of bullying. The teachers/staff did nothing about it even when I asked them for help. Who knows how much happier and more successful I could have been if I hadn't been emotionally scarred by Hilton Head Prep. And especially don't put your kid here if you're not as wealthy as the other children's families.

A genuinely caring atmosphere for students and fosters a strong sense of ownership in volunteering throughout the community to create not only strong students but caring and contributing individuals to society.  Highly recommend.

If family atmosphere learning in a safe environment, where each child is able to pursue their passion of arts, sciences or athletics, is important to you, then Hilton Head Prep is your goal. Kids walk to beach on field trips, the young ones learn respect and order. I attended this school and my oldest son was a lifer (grades 1-12). Coming into a third generation school, college preparatory school with family atmosphere and lots of encouragement and support!

I drove almost 4 hours to play basketball and watch our varsity boys play at Hilton Head Prep. I was not impressed with the hospitality or niceness of the students especially coming from a private school. Many students were rude and in faces, pointed at the score board when we asked them politely to move they pointed at the scoreboard instead of moving out of the way. I'm just really disappointed and expected more from this nice of a school. I would never send my child here they bring up cocky classless individuals.

Prep is a strong school with a family atmosphere, individualized learning, and high expectations. Worth every penny.
