Appointment for 7:30, calls at 7:15 to cancel on me. Lucky me I call palmetto dental arts and they are getting me right in!

Ok for basic cleaning and maintenance. This doctor will do as you ask rather than providing professional advice, if what is asked should not be recommended (eg. building a bridge on a poor foundation). Dont even think about getting Invisalign braces from this practice since they are totally clueless about the process. It is now obvious that they did not bother ensuring that teeth were in a suitable baseline condition for braces to be applied. Extremely poor communication from front office staff regarding appointment changes and billing inquiries.

Dr. Hardy and his team are very professional and yet personal. Very efficient office and clean facility. They provided gentle and excellent care. Good communication also. Highly recommended.

Dr. Hardy and the staff go above and beyond to take care of their patients. I felt comfortable and right at home. The therapy dogs were the sweetest. Great office and dental care!!

Very pleased with the whole experience. Dental hygienist, Dee was very friendly and did a great job. Dr. Hardy was thorough in his exam.
