I had high hopes because of the 5 stars but that quickly disappeared the moment I was met with attitude from the receptionist, Stacy. I traveled to the island for a 9 am appointment for what was supposed to be a visit for the dentist to look over my X-rays from the previous dentist I went to. I got there and was told I was in the schedule for a cleaning and the dentist was not available. Ok.. I understand mistakes happen but I was not met with an apology but rather a oh well attitude. I never once told them I needed a cleaning so it was obviously not my fault why I was put down for a cleaning in the schedule. Stacy should learn to apologize rather than get so defensive and then they wouldnt have lost a patient.

Terrible rude staff and I got my wisdom tooth pulled, dr Suggs didnt do it right and it got infected and when I had to come in they made me pay for HER mistake

New patient here. I called the office late Friday afternoon and they called me first thing Saturday morning for an opening at 10am. Staff was great and the office is very welcoming and cozy. I have found my new dentist! Highly recommend.

Best dentist practice ever. Everyone there treats you with care and both Elizabeth and Dr. Sugg are second to none! I'm disabled and it's easy to get in and out of the office. They have lots of shaded parking and are right at the corner of the building. Highly recommend!
