        Very happy with the service from the driver, Terry Borden, in Spartanburg, SC. Extremely happy with my experience with Pack Rat, as a whole. From the phone reps to the drivers, on both ends of my move, I would very highly recommend!!!

        I was having a hard time with the corporate office and even though they were limited on what they could do, Matt and Todd saved me so much stress. Packrat is lucky to have them and Summer at the home office. Thru completely turned my situation around. I could not be more grateful for you all. Thank you

        Update: Left phone number for a call back. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Old: Anyone have the local number for packrat in Greenville, SC? Customer service hung up on me and I don't want to wait over an hour to ask a question about an upcoming order.
