Made me come 15 min before the scheduled appointment and then made me wait in the examination room for 45 min for a simple prescription renewal.

It took 3 Mos to get an appt. And then another 2 Mos for a cystoscopy. Only to be told that if you have 3 bladder infections in 6mos just get treated and if you can't tolerate the medicine for overactive bladder then they can put medicine directly into your urethra. Excuse me but you could've just told me all this in a virtual meeting or at least not wait me 5mos. I spent almost 9mos of urgent care visits, primary care visits, waiting to see urologist. But what does that matter if I spend all my money and suffer to any of the doctors there. Nobody cares anymore about anyone everywhere you go. It's just shut up and wait.

**Be aware if you have a history of kidney stones, have ever had a stent, or passed a stone and are accustomed to having your pain managed, this practice now falls under that list of irresponsible physicians who want to apply cookie-cutter solutions to individuals. Doctors did not practice discretion or concern for their patients when opioids were introduced, and they prescribed them indiscriminately because it was easier for them. Now that the country is lashing out at their irresponsible behavior, their response is to use another indiscriminate practice of just not prescribing narcotics, even though some people really need them during recovery and for sudden onset pain, like kidney stones or broken bones. I believe this practice to be another lazy, self-centered attempt to absolve themselves of a crisis they created. This is one of those practices.** If you have stones removed and stents placed, you will receive no pain management, no compassion, and horrible service. They barely read your chart, treat you like your situation is your fault, and act as though youve created this entire situation to get pain medicine. They spent my initial visit discussing an image that was 3 months old and tried to send me home. After discovering that I did need surgery right away, they neglected to tell me that they had changed their policy regarding pain medication for stent placement, which wouldve definitely motivated me to find another provider - this is a very painful procedure!!! (I had the same procedure completed by a physician in the same office in 2017, and the care then included pain management. I had no idea they were going to be doing things completely different.) After the surgery, I was unable to control my bladder and in excruciating pain. I called the on-call physician who, after refusing to speak directly to me rather than a nurse, told me I shouldnt be in pain and I could go the ER if I was. Keep in mind, this was less than 6 hours after my surgery. Advised them that I had already been in the ER twice that week, creating a financial burden for me, and I had already paid them to give me care pre, during, and post-surgery. Why should I have to wrack up another couple thousand dollars to get my pain under control when they could just call something in? They responded with indifference, a lack of compassion, or questioning why I should be in so much pain if I wasnt supposed to be. Just not my problem. However, the ER doctor disagreed and could see I was in distress. He gave me nausea medicine, an anti-inflammatory, and enough medicine to last me through the weekend and stent-removal. Funny how its okay for the emergency room doctor to help when it isnt for them, huh? A week later, Im still experiencing nausea and back pain. I feel sure I have an infection. However, I will be going to my family doctor for treatment. For those who have never experienced anything better, I promise you that it can be so much better. Dont spend your money here if you can help it.
