        Allen hung up on me. I asked for Patrick, he wasn't available.. before I got to ask him if he could help me he hung up on me. Horrible customer service!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

        I was in a bind, needed the help. When I tell you that Mrs Wanda will do whatever is in her power, I mean it. She has gone above and beyond for me on a few occasions, and that has meant so much. Im not just a number, not just a collection, Im a customer that matters to her.
