Excellent customer service experience. I was in a real bind and they truly helped me out . A loan here will also report to the credit bureau so although it is not the best option, they help you get through and improve your score as well with on time payments .

This place sucks.  They literally take out your payment whenever they get good and ready. Blame it on new hires,  And If for some reason you need an extension, they want a reason, receipts, 3 witnesses a drug test and a stool sample.  And then  they still won't help you out! When you call to talk to a higher up, you have to deal the hateful woman who claims to be the manger of the whole outfit who already has a pissy attitude to begin with. Snappy and rude! These people are unprofessional and should not be dealing with the public. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I would highly recommend getting a vehicle from this place. Great customer service and reliable cars. I would get another car from hear.
