Next Day MRO

Went through Amazon in early December & placed an order from Next Day MRO for my wifes birthday on 12/27. Estimated arrival was 12/20-12/26. On 12/26, tracking showed detailed route up to that point & showed it would be delivered by 8p that night. Later that night when I checked status, all tracking info had been removed & now it just shows that its delayed & should arrive by Jan 1st. Thats when I realized tracking info is provided by Next Day MRO, not UPS or USPS. And apparently Next Day MRO can show whatever or as little as they want. Tracking is important and providing it up front then just pulling it isnt acceptable. So now we are just waiting for Jan 1st to see what happens.

Ordered a fireplace through Amazon from Next Day MRO. Product indicated it had shipped. Approximately a week after it was supposed to arrive I had to initiate a complaint to get any information. Only then dd they inform me they were unable to fulfill my order and I would be receiving a refund.
