House build quality was ok just dont expect them to come out and fix an issue that they tried to fix before your warranty expired

We absolutely loved working with Ashmore Homes to build our new home. From the very first meeting we felt like we were talking to family and not a business. They were very patient with us while we prepared our prior home to sell, as well as throughout the financing process. They truly paid attention to everything on our wish list, made wonderful suggestions on how best to incorporate those items, and proposed additional modifications (extra closets and storage, lighting, etc.) that we would have never thought of ourselves. They went out of their way to ensure we were happy with all of our material selections and finishes, and met us after business hours and on weekends to accommodate our peculiar schedules. We have had several other homes built using other builders and this was by far the best experience.

My husband and I feel very lucky to have worked with Jan at Greer Real Estate to sell our prior home. She is very trustworthy and goes out of her way to make sure you are happy. She walked through our home and made some great suggestions on some small improvements we could do to make our home more appealing to buyers. She was very patient with us, even though it took us about three months to get our home ready to list. When we finally did get it listed, we had multiple offers the first day and our home sold it two days! We enjoyed working with Jan and would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family, or hire her again in the future
