Truck 656 had an improperly covered load and dumped gravel all over my truck. Called them about a month ago, they stated they would look into it and call me back. Never did, good thing I have a dashcam

They said they could spread the rocks they were delivering "thin on my driveway". They dumped the load 2ft thick in some places and in the middle of the driveway. I cannot drive on my driveway until this is cleared. When I tried to get ahold of managment they send me to voicemail. Ignoring complaints is their buisness model.

Wish I could give no stars. Their customer service is horrible. We had an issue and the manager wouldn't even return our call. Instead put it on the dispatch to tell us. The driver was incompetent. He made a mistake, admitted it and said sorry. When he got back to the company he tried to blame it on a low hanging branch that wasn't even hit until after the gravel had all been dumped. The company won't help fix it. Now I am having to spend hundreds of more dollars and labor and time to fix their mistake. I ordered one, possibly 2, 20 ton trucks of gravel to be spread thinly on top of my recently graded driveway using their truck and chains that hold their gates shut. The driver made the chains too lose, which he admitted to afterwards, which resulted in 20 tons of gravel being dumped in a 68 foot section of my driveway. We can't even get to a family members house at the top of the driveway where the load started. My 4 wheel drive Jeep got stuck trying to get to their house because the gravel was almost 3 foot deep there. I did sign a waiver stating they couldn't guarantee the spread, however, that was even signed under misleading information by the driver. He had part of it covered so I couldn't see it, which I didn't catch at the time. He said I was signing it because of a low hanging branch he would hit. At no point did any of the workers state they couldn't guarantee to spread it thin as I requested. They said it wouldn't be a problem, including the driver right before he started. The general manager still hasn't called me back he had someone below him leave me a message recommending a person who I could pay to come out and spread it properly. This company is very misleading and needs to train their drivers better. I will never use them again and will make sure to pass the word along. I am so disappointed and frustrated! They need to revisit their mission that is stated on their website, because they are not exhibiting the integrity and customer service they lead you to believe. Shady, horrible company that is not trustworthy!!!!!
