They didnt show up when I was scheduled. Ive been trying to call them for two days keep getting answering machine, no return calls after leaving multiple voicemails. Poor customer service

Not able to provide less than 1 star, but do not trust the company. In fact the managers at Brandsmart are well aware of this company and the service level provided to customers. You have been warned, if your warranty assigns them as the provider refuse service.

I wish I could give zero stars. The first time they came out they forgot the part they were suppose to bring. They agreed to order the part. The day that they were suppose to come out and put the part in, they never showed. Dont waste your time with this company! (They were also very rude. Customer service is not on the top of their list)

Horrible Company. I had a warranty with Lowes and they were scheduled to come out and fix my dryer and they never showed. Tried calling them and they never answered. My dryer never got fixed. You will be better off fixing this yourself.
