        Lashonda Adam's, store manager, was a tremendous help to us today!!! She went above and beyond in customer service by getting a person on the phone with UPS corporate who could actually fix our problem. After a weekend of unanswered calls, texts, emails, we hopefully have the issue resolved. We can't thank Lashonda enough for her help!!! Great job!!

        Since new employees began working in the Greenwood UPS store a couple of years ago its been a night and day difference- for the better. The previous staff was curt and rude to customers. The current staff smiles and doesnt seem bothered when customers come in. They are patient if a customer needs help and will explain in a friendly manner. Thank you for the improvement, customer service makes all the difference.

        Nah, confirmed delivery to this location and was trying to be delivered to my home. Called them and they said they don't control what gets delivered there, even though we got confirmation FROM THEM YESTERDAY that it would be delivered there.
