        The young lady that checked us in for our truck rental was very quick and resourseful. The store was clean and convenient.

        Uhaul has some new policies. They require you to get insurance when renting, they require you use a "major credit card" and they demand two references that they contact on the spot before you can rent a vehicle. They also take your picture now. This is incredibly insulting. Do not do business with them. I walked out when they began calling for references. I almost forgot, they require you to live in town or you can't rent. I rented from lowes instead. It was cheaper, faster, and they didn't treat me like a criminal.

        Absolutely horrible service! The manager made it seem as though I was getting a great deal and absolutely robbed me. Was supposed to be charged $180 and instead payed $370 just for my things to get ruined because of a leak. And once I requested a refund for the damages, was told it was not happening. DO NOT GO HERE.

        Helpful and friendly staff but they didnt have the 10 Truck that I reserved over the phone so they upgraded to the next size for the same price as the 10. More gas. And when I got back with the truck 5 minutes b4 the truck that pulled up behind me, they were taken care of b4 me. I wasnt happy about that. And hes the general manager according to his name tag.
