        Been coming here for 7 years, all of my family cars (5) for our regular oil changes. Brought my sisters New Lexus and the idiot cracked her oil pan by screwing the top in too hard. They proceeded to give it to me like that. Oil leaked whole time didn't realize till a week later since the car said it was due again for an oil change. Only then did we find out they cracked her oil pan and tried to glue the cracks themselves and never told us anything about it. Brought it back they "fixed" it with all factory parts as per they said. Went to my lexus dealer and they lied. Voided my $20,000 warranty since my car was no longer all factory original parts. Came back about it and they gave me the run around saying the boss would fix it all the right way and never heard back again. Don't come here they hire amateurs and don't tell you when they mess up your car, especially if you don't have an american made car be careful. (Edit- to their reply)- no you did not explain anything abt the warranty as y'all were the ones who put the after market parts on. You guys hire anyone despite being "certified and insured". If you were truly insured you'd have no problem repairing what you all broke due to your own negligence.

      Hi Kathy, we're truly sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide. As was explained to you , the dealership cannot void your warranty because of a aftermarket part . Legally they cannot do that . That would would that there would be nothing but dealerships working on vehicles . As long as a shop is certified and insured they can work on any vehicle . If a aftermarket part voids a warranty , the question to ask is why are there aftermarket parts sold . Sorry for the misunderstanding from your dealership .
