STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I USED THE POOL ALWAYS AND ANY CONCERNS OR PROBLEM, ALLISON IS THERE TO HELP ANYTIME AND SO ARE THE LIFEGUARDS.

Pretty chill place as long as that fat old lady aint at the desk shes such a buzz kill. I bet she ate all the day passes with her fat ahh thats why they dont sell them no more. Tbh if this place didnt have a basketball court it would be garbage. Chameleon is the GOAT! And the lady with frizzy hair was mean to me :( she made me sad. Honestly I think u just gotta watch out for the tweakin old ladies everyone else chill tho. Ight I gotta bounce, stay safe my homies.

My grandson has been apart of the afterschool program at Rice Elementary for over 2 years. The staff has always been supportive and helpful with any situation. Today when I went to check on him at the Afterschool site (YMCA Building). I called first to find out where the children were and how I could take lunch to him. Allison answered the phone. She was extremely rude and condescending. She talked down to me like I was stupid. I went into the Y to take him lunch, the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The afterschool staff was also nice. I expressed to the afterschool staff that Alison was extremely rude on the phone, and the response was, she is always that way. Really? Do Better!

Charissa Erickson Gibson can treat members like criminals in a gym she bullied her way into to use fake p90x workout knockoff and flaunt young girls in front of old pervs while playing horrible music and screaming that sounds worse than scratching a chalk board. Jan rushton is just a good of a liar. The cameras not working to the sauna being turned off in the womens locker room for months at a time while they magically go on vacation. Everything stays broke. And if you get caught working out in The gym you know what we members pay $80,000 a month to use on the limited amount of time they are open, every other ymca stays open much longer, more friendlier, while Charissa is bullying her way, she cries wolf and calls the cops and puts you on trespass. Fraud, harassment, defamation . How many more human rights did you violate? Bans everyone from using boxing equipment that was donated to them by self only for them to put up notes about a 72yr old using the bags. I donated 2 punching bags to kids. Highly recommend if you ever want to be mistreated by criminals, like youre a criminal.
