        I just cannot say enough wonderful things about Piedmont OBGYN! The entire practice is just incredible. If you are looking for somewhere to be seen to take care of you and your baby you need to go there! The most caring, compassionate and knowledgeable doctors. We have been seen by every doctor there and they are ALL great. I am a high risk pregnancy with GD and they have been so so amazing with taking care of me and my daughter and walking me through what was such a difficult diagnosis for me.

        I began going to this clinic when I got pregnant in the summer of 2023. All of the doctors and nurses I saw were great. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with the front office staff. My insurance company planned to go out of network with Prisma, but they told me multiple times that the practice could request continuity of care that would extend my benefits until my postpartum appointment. Both Dr. Moore and Dr. Brodie assured me this would not be a problem. When I asked the office staff to assist me with this they were totally unwilling to help until I broke down in tears one day in the office. I was so scared that I would not be able to find care for my baby and I. Only then did the office manager finally contact the insurance company and obtain the information needed to apply for continuity of care. I was also asked at 28 weeks to pay for the entirety of my care without ever receiving a bill to look over. This experience caused me a lot of unnecessary stress throughout my second trimester. Thankfully, I was able to find a new provider last minute and will not be returning to this practice.
