always a nice store to visit with fun sales. The clerk was very helpful. My only disappointment was that they brought in merchandise from other stores. They had everything in a back room full of petites. I recognize some from your outlet stores which was a disappointment, Poorer quality

I was there Sunday and not happy with how I saw a fellow patron treated. I was shopping and noticed a sales lady was helping a patron. The patron was stand more behind the counter, and I could tell she was doing this to try and hear the sales lady explaining a purchase. Another sales lady comes from the other side of the store and in a loud voice tells the customer to please "remove herself from behind the sales counter she didn't work there yet." The patron didn't say anything but I could tell it hurt her feelings. I would have been LIVID being talked to like a child in that fashion. I think I will give my patronage to Talbots a long break after witnessing that cringe moment. The sales lady needs to be retrained. Inexcusable to treat a paying customer in such a way.
