Kaylee gave great customer service to my girlfriend as she was trying to find a dress that she had seen in new arrivals on line. I observed great team effort from the manager down to the employees helping customers during a busy Saturday.

I visited the store to exchange some dresses. Kaylee gave great customer service, she, her coworkers, and the manager went above and beyond to help me. they worked together even going and searching the back for dresses I wanted all while multitasking and helping multiple other customers simultaneously, I saw a dress in new arrivals on the website, kaylee and coworkers searched the store and the back for it and for other dresses I had been looking for. The lady in the dressing room area was very nice helping people in and out and going to get clothing requested by several customers like it was a breeze. Kaylee was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the clothing in the store. The workers in the store work very good together as a team, the store manager was at the register checking out customers, no workers were standing around. I love shopping here they always have beautiful clothing. The floors are always clean it smells good in there and every time Ive arrived in store Ive received a warm welcome and greeting and the workers are always eager to help and find things I need.

I love shopping in this store; there are so many cute things! Unfortunately, I cannot shop here as much as I would like, because the scent is SO strong. Please, tone down the perfume smell! I tried to come in the other day and had to turn right back around and walk out because the smell was so strong, and I ended up having an asthma attack immediately afterward. Update: I attempted again to visit the store a week ago and had to walk right back out. Nothing has been done about the overpowering smell.

Hannah and Abby were the sweetest and most helpful with me when I was shopping! Helped me with everything I needed! They are what great customer service is all about :)
