I had my Mazda Tribute service by Tonys Tires in December 2023 the rep took about a week or so in December to figure out what was going . I appreciate his honesty. They were nice to hold my car until January 2024. While my Mazda tribute was in their possession my car Tag was stolen. I purchased a new battery back in December 2023 my battery was stolen or misplaced by them. Instead of them basically just giving me a brand new battery or going to Walmart where I purchased my battery and giving me one. They gave me two batteries that were used and the dates on those batteries were showing 3/19. This has been a terrible experience. I never had a bad experience from this company before, but I would suggest if you do go to them, watch your property and if they have to keep it overnight, dont allow them to keep it

Went there had two new tires mounted they didn't fill up the tires all the way and broke of of my sensors in the tire now my car shows low tire pressure light and it's always dinging and flashing. Now I have to pay another mount and dismount charge on both my new tires to find out what sensor is broke so my trip there cost me $20 for them to break my sensor and it's going to cost me another $60 to fix what they broke.

Had lug nuts stuck and needed a tire these guys had my lug nuts off in no time and I also bought a tire Plus these guys were reasonable enough with the price they charged me
