I called this company on a Friday evening around 3p.m. and my roof was repaired by 4:45p.m. I made contact with a lady named Crystal who was so professional and to the point with pricing and getting someone out to take care of my roofing issue. I had a small leak after the last bad storm and RNA Roofing was here and on my roof to make sure I didn't have to experience a leak for the next rain storm. Customer service is 5 stars all around, from my initial call, to the Roofing technician coming out and being just as professional and courteous as Ms. Crystal. Crystal said I will get a call after the next rain to confirm all is well with the service repair. Customer service goes along ways with me and RNA Roofing will be my first and only call with future roof repairs. My neighbors will get RNA Roofing as a recommendation from me.
