I had an incredible time and experience here at Bloc Haven! It was my first time climbing and the front staff were super receptive and guiding. The facility is incredibly cool with lots of varieties of climbs. I met some friends who were skilled climbers and we were all able to climb and have a great time without restricting one another. It is super tidy and organized and the bathrooms were very clean. I was super impressed with their offerings, like the cafe, yoga classes and the gym area. I can't wait to go back!

Staff was incredible, friendly and accommodating for our guests with special needs, and the kids. A great place to burn 2-3 hours

Spoke to the front desk person on the phone, I believe her name was Warren, it couldve have been Lauren, but Im pretty sure its Warren. She was very polite on the phone, she encouraged me to face my fear of heights and begin climbing.

We had our sons 7th birthday party at BlocHaven and we are so happy with the team that helped us during our sons birthday party! Victoria, Sam and Hannah were so understanding and patient with each and every one of the birthday guest. Parents of some of the kids even made it a point to let us know how great the employees were during the party. Each of the employees named above made it a point throughout the party to ensure they were there to help with any and all needs which made this such a smoother process. We will be sure to recommend BlocHaven to all of our friends, family and community.
