I feel betrayed and used by the realtor and I believe a bait and switch of property was done to me. I was shown one property, bought said property, investment in the development of said property only to be told it wasn't what I bought. Now I'm stuck with a lot that will be nearly impossible to grade suitable for a home and out thousands of dollars. Nobody in their right mind would have bought that lot. It's a crime what has happened to me. But nobody will help. So much for big real estate companies. So sad for the little people. It's bad getting old and losing everything. First 4 photos of the land I was assured was the right lot and the excavation I've done. As opposed to the 3 of the lot I'm told I bought. It's not right.
